Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar

Ingredients:
1/2c pecan meal
1/2c almond meal
1/2c peanut butter
1/3c flax meal
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4c sugar
1 whole egg plus 1 egg white
6 scoops chocolate whey powder
1/4tsp salt

Mix everything together in a large bowl. You will have to keep stirring to get everything to mix into a thick dough. Spread mixture into an 8 x 8 inch baking dish coated with olive oil cooking spray. Bake for 12 min at 350F.
