Services We Offer

Personal Training

Real Me makes sure there are no excuses. We offer personal training in the comfort of your own home or our private gym. Fitness made easy! No need for childcare or membership fees. You can choose from a variety of options to meet your needs and schedule. Workout one-on-one with a personal trainer, train with a friend or create your own fitness group.

Before beginning any program with your personal trainer you will be required to complete an initial fitness assessment. See the fitness coaching page for a description of this assessment.

Personal training sessions are $65.00 per hour. However, it is more cost effective to sign up for more than one session.

10 sessions $550
16 sessions $800
20 sessions $900
30 sessions $1200

Personal training sessions with a friend are $80/hour.

All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars.

Personal Training Policy

Real Me Personal Development bills clients on a pre-pay basis. Once you have decided on the number of sessions you will purchase, payment must be made before the sessions commence.

Sessions expire at a rate determined by the client, dependant on the number of weekly sessions. Extensions may be given to accommodate vacations, holidays, illness, etc, provided sufficient notice is given.

Cancellation: 48-hour notice is required.

Refunds will be given for medical reason with documentation only. Refunds are not retroactive and will only be issued for the remainder of the sessions purchased.

Personal Consultation

The personal consultation is an opportunity to meet each other, build rapport, gather information as it relates to your physical health and wellness, and process the information to formulate an action plan. Together we will work to determine your best options for success.

During a one hour personal consultation, discussion will be centred on, but not limited to, the following topics:

• Medical history
• Exercise history
• Nutrition and lifestyle
• Goals – short and long term

Based on the one hour consult an action plan specific to your fitness and nutrition goals will be developed for you.

Fitness Assessment

The fitness assessment is important for anyone thinking of starting an exercise program, or anyone looking to modify an existing exercise program. It will help determine your current level of fitness, identify areas of strength and weakness, and give you a baseline from which you can set realistic and measurable goals. Your fitness assessment will include the following measurements and an interpretation of the results:

• Resting heart rate • Muscular endurance
• Resting blood pressure • Muscular strength
• Personal measurements • Flexibility
• Height and weight • Body composition analysis

Nutritional guidance

Nutritional advice is a key building block when it comes to overall wellness, weightloss, energy levels and peak performance.


Grocery store tours

Here you will learn how you can use the nutrition information on the label of packaged foods to make healthy choices for you and your family. You'll find that there's lots of healthy eating "in store" for you!
